Apex Health provides one-to-one mental health support from certified mental health practitioners, by phone, video or chat. Members get help with stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep, burnout, grief, relationships, and the behavioral side of habits and weight. Booking, sessions, secure messages and progress are all managed in Apex Health IQ.
Care is provided by Apex Health’s certified mental health practitioners, within the scope of their credentials and where they are authorized to practice. The program is led by Dr. Candice Caesar, PsyD, Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Physicians are involved when a member’s needs go beyond talk therapy.
There’s no referral or waiting list. Members reach out through the app, by phone or through the 24/7 clinical line. They’re matched with a practitioner and can often book a first session within days, including evening times.
No. Your sessions, messages and check-ins are private to you and your care team. Employers receive aggregate engagement reporting only and never see who participates, what is discussed or any diagnoses.
Many EAPs offer a phone number and a handful of sessions. Apex Health offers ongoing one-to-one care with a matched practitioner, plus secure messaging and check-ins between sessions. With the member’s consent, it’s coordinated with the rest of their care in Apex Health IQ. It can work alongside an existing EAP.

Employers see aggregate engagement and satisfaction in the employer console. Small groups are suppressed to protect identity, and no names, session notes or diagnoses are ever shared.
